EPL 2021/2022

Poor Werner got his goal taken away, and then got one. I was listening to English broadcast and Werner had 12 goals last year disallowed by VAR.....of course probably many were him offsides lol.

It even included a card for the manager. That and Brentford stealing three points with all the fans flipping off the West Ham fans as they promptly got up and walked out of the stadium. Scenes, absolute scenes.

Oh that sucks. Peacock is a joke compared to other apps.

Speaking of Liverpool though, man is Salah in form. Liverpool big problem is that Africa Cup when both Mane and Salah leaving for awhile.

Man U I think I heard has Atalanta, Liverpool, Spurs, Man City, Atalanta their next 5. They finished the easier part of their schedule lol. Hearing today they are openly bickering. Pogba, Ole, etc. What a wasted signing too Sancho. Useless in that mess. No organization or plan now. Funny stat is Ole and Klopp have average points accrued for first 100 games I think it was 1.72 or something. But after 100 game Klopp goes to 2.3 and UCL and EPL titles come. Not going to happen the same with Ole.

Yeah, I simulcast it usually on sofa score and it’s usually 15 seconds earlier then on cable (if a goal is scored it shows up) but on Peacock it’s usually over a minute. I hate that.

It sucks they both have to play in that and risk injury or who knows what else but I get Why they want to play for their country and admire it a bit.

Salah‘s been killing it no doubt, a small part of me wonders though what LFC could potentially get for him. He’ll be 30 next year and now feels like he is worth the most (at least what people will pay for) compared to later. I shouldn’t and don’t want him to leave, but if it’s something that can help Liverpool land Haaland then it is what it is.

LFC has won 6 times in 30 years at OT. I won’t be shocked one iota if they lose Sunday.

Man U has been an interesting case under Ole. Seems every season they have a moment where it seems the end is near and then they go on a run and finish strong. They've been pretty miserable in UCL the past few seasons, but in league play they've fared surprisingly well vs better opponents. Its the middle table and below squads that have tripped them up the most. Wouldn't surprise me if they got it together and went on an impressive run during this tough stretch.

That said, I don't think Ole is the guy to bring them a league title.
