EPL 2024/2025

For a lot of supporters yes. His style (whatever it is) doesn't work in the PL, and honestly really never worked anywhere, he had one good season at Sevilla, other than that he's never been that good.
Can West Ham take Vincent Kompany off us....please!!!!

Different level of pressure at Forest and Wolves compared to Spurs. At the bare minimum, what we learned from the Mourinho-Nuno-Conte time period is that Spurs' DNA is attacking football and the fans will quickly turn against a defensive manager when results turn bad.

West Ham's roster is really good on paper. IMO, they're in that weird middle ground where the players' instincts are to sit back but the manager has them set up to press and play expansive. What they get instead is an ineffective press and a defense that is terribly exposed on the transition. A big part of the reason why the Hammers are near the bottom of the league in goals allowed so far.

I think it turns around, but these things normally take time.
Niklas Fullkrug now at West Ham. Been injured though. Been a revelation for Germany though. An old school striker. Late bloomer. Did not play in recent International break though due to injury. Denis Undav played striker for Germany. Another late bloomer at Stuttgart and lit it up for Germany.

Man U lol. Great for our West Ham friend here though.

City finally loses. Pep bitching about too many injuries. Pep shut the fuck up. You have two rosters and everyone else has one.

Arteta on suicide watch.

Liverpool may be the team to beat in the EPL or maybe Forest lol.

Spurs an absolute ideal weekend so far. City, Arsenal lose, and they take out Villa. If there ever was a must win, this is it.

Man U vs Chelsea. Unachiever bowl coming up.

Great win for Spurs. Earlier this season, they were playing well but not getting the results they deserved. Their stats now show a really good side.

Currently top in the league in goals scored and 2nd best in goal differential. It's not the end all be all, but GD is normally a pretty good indicator of how a club will place in the table.

Major concern now is injuries. They're starting to really pile up. That int'l break can't come soon enough.

City is shredding parts and boy does it feel good.

A truly bed shitting game from Spurs. Gave Ipswich their first league win, only a few weeks after giving Palace their first League win.

Dr. Tottenham checking in to mend other teams' woes.

Total Jekyll and Hyde. Watched the end of that game. Ange on the hot seat soon?

Only fools would think so.

They've been hit and miss at times this season, but theres very clear progress being made if you zoom out and look big picture.

Big win for Spurs today over City. 4-0. City really misses Rodri. Spurs being Spurs. Up against the big clubs, down against the dregs,

Speaking of City, I see Pep signing a new deal. I expect City to win The Championship next season 😉

Liverpool going to be hard to catch if healthy. 8 points up. The matchups left with City, Arsenal, Chelsea are vital wins for those teams.

I was very concerned heading in to the game. Spurs were without their main 2 defenders and I didn't like the prospect of them keeping Haaland out of the net. In fact, i opted to watch the Ohio State game instead (of course i went ahead and watched Spurs after).

City have major midfield problems right now. Spurs were able to just bully them off the ball. Kulusevski is a beast and needs to start being considered one of the best players in the league.

Now can Spurs play this level at Fulham or will they fart and fall down following another big win? The ultimate Spurs question.

It's funny how Pep and City supporters are talking about how Rodri out is what hurt them, meanwhile Spurs are missing about half their regular starters lol.

Some of their guys like De Bruyne and Grealish coming back will help, but it's incredible how soft their midfield is without Rodri.

I think Kovacic is also hurt, and he would have been a big help.

Somehow some way, Spurs have become Pep's bogey team. Doesn't seem to matter who Spurs manager is, and I really love it.

As much as I hate Spurs, when City loses, we all win :)

De Bruyne coming back but he is a physical wreck. Sounds like he is not going to sign a new contract. Neither is Salah from his comments today too.

Ugh. Spurs' goalkeeper is injured now. That could really hurt them, they don't have an adequate replacement.
