One of the delis near where I grew up makes a killer sandwich.

Pastrami, provolone (hot read by me, it comes with Swiss on the menu but provo >>>>>>), cole slaw, Russian dressing. A "half" feeds 2 people, easy. This is their Italian, below.

Made cole slaw last night to go along with the chicken thighs I smoked. Bought a pound of pastrami to make some sammies with the extra slaw.

Gonna be a good rest of the week for lunch.

Around here when you order a club sammie, you get one made with real chicken just like if you pulled a roast chicken out of the oven and carved out pieces.

There is a chain, I think local, called leftys cheese steak. They put hot red pepper flakes on it and fuck is it good.

I don't eat there at all anymore. As a special special treat I get a half size for my son. They priced themselves outta the market for me. They start at $15 and that's for small size. $1 for anything more than standard toppings. And hardly anything is standard on their stuff. You throw in fries and a drink and it is well north of a $20. Per person. Yeah, no thanks 99.9999% of the time.
