Why here at LSU we pride ourselves in creating NC caliber coaches!

We took a little midget and made him a NC coach, sent him to Miami soon after...

Then we took some grass eating retard that couldn't tell time and made him coach. Soon he too was an NC winner....and so we fired him. lol

We really wanted to challenge ourselves with the next hire, so we plucked a Captain off a shrimp boat who could barely speak English and brought him to LSU. Boom! Made him into a NC Coach in 2 short years....then fired his ass too.


We have a new project starting this year, perhaps you've heard?!?!

I think you have it confused. I think Nebraska can get to be on par with the Iowa's and Wisconsin's with the right coach. Getting to the level of Ohio State is NEVER HAPPENING, because you have as much of a chance at winning the lottery in back to back weeks as Nebraska does at recruiting to Ohio State's level.

Nebraska will never be able to recruit like Michigan does and we are a HUUUUUUGE step down in recruiting from Ohio State.

So if Nebraska's goal is to be competitive in the B1G West -- then I absolutely think Nebraska can do that. If it is to be nationally elite? No chance unless you buy entire recruiting classes like A&M.

Also, let's pretend for one second that the assertion that Nebraska "out recruited" other teams in its Division (not true, but let's go with it)...did you REALLY out recruit if you still can't beat the other teams? Isn't the W/L column where you measure whether you really did, in fact, "out recruit"? And if the W/L column is a bit heavy on the wrong side, doesn't that, in fact, prove that you most certainly did NOT "out recruit", even if you thought you did on paper? You do realize Detroit is about 45 minutes away from Ann Arbor. And from your comment, I can tell you have never been to Detroit. There is a reason it has held a Super Bowl, a MLB All-Star game, etc. in the last 15-20 years, and they are on the short list of cities to host a NFL draft. The Downtown area of Detroit is beautiful and you can't end up in a bad part of Detroit unless you are trying to go there.

And it is definitely obvious you've never been to Ann Arbor. Go look up Ann Arbor on a real estate site -- you will find 50+ homes for sale for between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Ann Arbor is filled with money.
