We have 87, 89, 91 and only Chevron has the 94.
Never buy the lower grades but I think 87 is $0.30/L less.
Walmart just dropped to $2.87
not sure if that means anything

Going above what they call for doesn't help.
Yeah
I always thought for sure it did, until I watched an episode of 'Engine Master' where they did this exact thing.
On the dyno, it showed that once the engine gets the octane it needs, anything above that is useless. nothing.
I always thought different until a couple of months ago.

It says minimum 91. Not 91.
With me it's smiles per gallon anyway.
Both my Germans give me smiles in spades.

But it isn't nothing, 91 is the minimum acceptible. 94 is better.

All Mercedes-Benz gasoline cars require Premium Unleaded Gas. At a minimum, you should use premium 91 octane gasoline or higher.""At a minimum" tells me they have no idea what they are talking about.
