My boss is a micromanaging pest, he's trying to make up for his lack of knowledge. I've been here 20+ years and he's been here 5+. He tries to tell what I should be doing even though he's completely inaccurate. What takes a normal person 20 minutes, takes him an hour. He's salary and hours are 6a-2p but he's here till 6pm every night. He's basically giving the company 20 free hours of his time per week. Trust me, he's not that busy.
