How's your boss?

I have had shit bosses in the past.

Current boss is the owner and my age.

Loves buying a "wet" lunch for his troops.

Loves dishing out bonuses at odd times.

Decent bloke.

Often angry (at others), very intense, very busy which allows me to fly under the radar most of time.
 
How many of you responded to this thread on your work computer? Follow up question, how many are getting pink slips this week?
 
I name him Bosszilla

He mostly leaves me alone to do my stuff but when he bothers me, it's over stupid stuff that I don't care about and have very little, if anything, to do with the job. And he's been claiming that he will retire any day now for the past 7 years. That's gettin old.

On the plus side, he's very loyal to his staff and will defend them in almost every case.
