Mac might have a job fluffing his locks at the next level
I know TL missed a couple games, but it still wasn't close. TL got second based off his name, not his accomplishments this year.

I have to think that Tebow was the most overrated
I'll think on it some more.

I never thought much of Donovan McNabb

the worst thing Syracuse football ever did was fire McNabb's college, Paul Pasqualoni

their program has been dreadful ever since

It helps when your leading pass-catcher is projected top 10 draft in next year's draft
People bitch about how the award has just become a stat award. And now when the best player in the country gets invited as a finalist (doesn't even win it) without having the best stats in an absurd year for football, people still bitch. Bottom line: People bitch no matter what.

Christian McCaffrey, RB, Stanford

Stats: 319 carries, 1,847 yards; 41 rec., 540 yards; 13 total TD

I know right :sigh:
Lol...Henry faced 12 Top 50 defenses that year and put up over 2200 yds rushing and carried his team to a National Title.

If you wanna argue Tony Garheart over Mark Ingram go ahead but Henry absolutely deserves his

Trevor was the real deal in CFB, 3 straight seasons in the CFB, two CFB championship appearances and one CFP title. Not too shabby.

I know he is a NFL HOF and all, but I always felt that Peyton was overrated a bit at TN. I was in high school during his time there and every magazine always had TN as the darkhorse or outright favorite..only to see him get bested by Spurrier every fall. Then to see Tee Martin lead them to a MNC a year later

No. The argument is McCaffrey because he set the all time NCAA purpose yard record and only player in Rose Bowl history to have 100 rushing and receiving. It is a nice argument saying Henry faced more tough defenses but CMC was that entire team that wasn’t littered with all pro players or high draft picks.

Gerhart had the yards but that is where the defense argument comes in. He racked up a shit load of garbage time yards against a worse than now Pac 10 with a team that had 3 NFL OL, 4 NFL tight ends, plus Doug Baldwin and Andrew Luck.

NO. The flaming ignorance is off the charts.

Ron Powlus of Notre Dame is the poster child. Predicted to win two Heisman's and two Nattys for the Irish before he ever even donned a golden dome.
