Yeah, I am not sure. Fresh spinach wasn't really a big thing for us growing up, usually my mom just boiled that brick of frozen stuff and added a bit of salt.

I do like creamed spinach, we eat that fairly regularly.

I don't know what creamed spinach is but it sounds gross.

a singular bag of salad would be too much for you to keep track of? shoot, I buy a bag of baby spinach, italian, sweet butter or sweet and crunchy, throw a pack of tomatoes in there with two cucumbers and shredded carrots and that gets me about 4 portions. throw it in separate containers with a paper towel and it's good to go.
