I can't watch any movie where Will Ferrell is the main character.

That said, my must watch Christmas movies (in no order):
Christmas Vacation
Christmas Story
Bad Santa
Die Hard
Four Christmases.
How the Grinch Stole Christmas (the original, not the Jim Carrey crap)

Have you read "Project Hail Mary" by the same author? Excellent read. Going to be an upcoming movie. Can't wait!

Yep. I actually read it before I read the Martian. But I’d seen the movie before I read the Martian too.

He's good in this one...probably because it's a kid's movie. I laughed so hard the first time I watched it almost pee'd myself!

It's one of the 3 funniest Christmas movies out there.

To oldies:

They Shoot Horses Don’t They? Jane Fonda, Gig Young, Michael Sarazzin. Seedy dance marathon with a shocker ending.

Sometimes A Great Notion. Paul Newman, Henry Fonda, Michael Sarazzin, Lee Remmick. Ken Kesey’s other movie about gyppo logger family working through a union strike.

the will ferrell discourse has me wondering if i'm drunk enough to finally give Zoolander 2 a shot.

That's a lot of "this video is unvailable."
it is what it is, the name is there, youtube, let's start with the first...

eternal father, this is the link, we'll see if it shows up.

instruments of a beating heart -

planetwalker -

seat 31 -

if 4 shorts out of 45 is a lot to you, that are available, sad they don't come up here, but the links laid down are real, you could search it on youtube and find the same. watch some and get back to me.

that said, planetwalker was my favorite, never heard of him before, interesting life.

Wander to Wonder - the animation was great, though I have no idea what I just watched.

The Last Ranger

Roadhouse remake. Finally got around to watching it and wish I hadn’t. One of the worst steaming piles I’ve ever seen. Gyllenhaal must’ve really needed the money.

Carry On, Netflix exclusive. Has Jason Bateman and Taron Edgerton in it. Decent movie, didn't feel like I wasted my time watching it.
