Lamar has officially asked for a trade because Ravens won't give him the contract the thinks he deserves. Next up we hear about NFL collusion because no one will give him the contract he thinks he deserves. Final step is to retire and claim racism as why he was colluded against because no one would pay him what he thinks he is worth.
is that aimed at what I see happening or at his demands?
what you see happeningis that aimed at what I see happening or at his demands?
Last year, Goff was by every statistical metric a top 6-7 QB in the league. He's 28 years old, is a former top pick, has 2 more years left on a wildly team friendly contract number by today's standards, and has an extremely limited injury history. It would be a monumental failure for them to move away from him.Lions seem to be on the right track with building a good team. This would be about right for them to make a trade and screw all that up.
If no team gives him the contract he wants, is it really that far-fetched of a scenario?what you see happening
what you see happening
link?Don't see him retiring but the racism chants have already started.
I am rolling my eyes because who the fuck cares? If no team gives him the contract he wants, is it really that far-fetched of a scenario?
link?
Well, you do. It's why you're here posting replies.I am rolling my eyes because who the fuck cares?
Good, glad we are clear so when everything I said happens...to one degree or another...I can tell you I told you so.what you see happening
If they find someone better, go for it. But don't do it by giving a massive contract plus high draft picks and players it would take to do so. Especially for someone who is only in it for themselves, like Lamar is. To just flat out quit on your team in the playoffs because you don't feel you are paid enough? Nah, GTFO with that stuff Lamar.Last year, Goff was by every statistical metric a top 6-7 QB in the league. Very few are ever going to turn down money offered, so the big contracts I blame on the owners who can't help themselves. I don't blame Lamar for wanting all he can get. But when your demands aren't in line with what the market is offering, then reality has to set in. Lamar thinks he deserves the contract Watson got. I see his point. Doesn't mean that it will happen and also doesn't mean that if it doesn't happen then it is because anyone is colluding against him. Lamar did more to hurt his market with his antics to end last season than anyone else could possibly do.Why is it youre vlose to the truth.......
I hope nobody wants him......when are these damn qbs gonna understand the money they get is extremely ridiculous.....
It has to stop somewheres.....now is the perfect time.
There's a very, very short list of guys I'd go for if I'm Detroit just based on salary expectations and trade compensation, and basically all of them aren't available in a trade right now.If they find someone better, go for it.
