Please explain your thinking on having the Cards catching and passing the Brewers

Note:

The awards in the OP are who I would give them to now, not who I predict will win them

Can't argue with those choices.

I'll say Brendan Donovan for NL RoY, he's giving me Ben Zobrist 2.0 vibes. Love his OBP skills and versatility.

Jack Suwinski for NL ROY

One over achieved, one under achieved in the first half. White Sox have too good of a roster to be as bad as they were in the first half

The Twins have Baldelli(Sox have TLR though to half offset that) so nothing is over.

But the Twins have the better roster. If the cheap ass front office makes any attempt at fixing the bullpen, the race shouldnt get a lot closer. Thats the whole reason two teams still are alive.

You might be right, but I also think the White Sox are too talented of a team to not go on a run at some point.

Yes and it’s not complicated at all
didn't say it was

you basically wanted to tout your boy Strider and tell everyone that you think the Braves are going to win the NL East.

I have Strider on my fantasy team. I have been very happy with him.

not bad picks

The Mets lineup isn't great. Have to think they're going to address that at the deadline.

You seemed confused, and if you weren’t you wouldn’t have needed to ask a question that was already clarified

Strider is my least favorite player on the roster. I don’t trust vegans. If it were predicting the awards, I’d predict Michael Harris winning NL ROTY

just weird that you titled the thread "second half predictions" when it isn't totally that

so yea...a little confused. Do you not think they can keep up the pace?

Mid point awards and second half predictions that came with further clarification. This is why you get so many Gigi comparisons

Second half slumps and surges are common. I’d predict Harris over Strider because Harris has two fewer months with the big league club and isn’t far behind Strider in WAR and even if the offense slows down, his elite defense and baserunning will still provide value

eh

you're wrong about the predictions anyways, so who cares?
