I think this is highly entertaining and honestly, with a guy who was dumb enough to pay for tickets with his own credit card, it is still possible. But how many people who are trying to hide the fact they are recording, with sunglasses, is going to wear said glasses with bright blue lights blinking.

Wouldn't that take away from the secrecy of recording?

You keep calling the guy "dumb" then go on to say he's not dumb enough to wear spy glasses with a blue light indicating they're recording.

Spy cameras routinely have a light on them to let others know they're being recorded.

Not that having the spotlight on you isn't bad in itself, but the other bad part about when you've got everyone looking at you like Michigan has right now, all the dirt is going to come up.

Today is a pre-scheduled AD call, I'm sure they will talk about this. It's also true that Michigan is not the reason the call exists.
