More Michigan Cheating

This "unnamed staffer" thing isn't the bombshell they think it is. Is there any rule against the sharing of info with other coaches? If the signs were legally obtained. Nobody cares.

What's hilarious is there are 140 pages of Michigan fans here saying that stuff's been going on since Christ was a child and that it was perfectly legit.

Now all of the sudden legal sign stealing is wrong? LMAO

Considering the B1G was very likely aware of the info in the AP article before they put Michigan on notice. It's likely not the "bombshell" Michigan fans think it is.

I love that you think so.

I don’t think it’s a violation. Proving other teams do this widespread is an important argument to that point.

I've seen no allegations (even from Michigan) that other universities were "in-person" sign stealing of a "future (same season) opponent"

Everything has been a distraction from what Michigan was doing, which was illegal.

I don't think they have a very strong defense, so they are resorting to try to deflect instead.

Obviously it didn't work since the B1G knew about this "bomshell" yet still served Michigan with notice of punishment coming.

So the whole conference would conspire to "ruin Michigan" but they've never done the same to Ohio State, who ran the B1G for the better part of this new century? Makes sense!

This is the part he keeps dodging

It all comes down to deflect, deflect, deflect

There really isn't even question that they did it at this point.

Now it comes down to:
1. Did Harbaugh sanction it, in writing preferably
2. Does the program or Harbaugh get punished

All that article states is exactly what I said. Every school is doing this. At least the school's who care about winning.

OSU pays their guy $375k a year. They could hire Stalions for 5 years to do a better job than what their guy was being paid for 1 year

number 1 is only relevant to the amount of discipline Harbaugh faces

they will get LOIC at minimum from the NCAA.

If they had ANYTHING on Harbaugh. It'd be the first thing you'd hear.

If Harbaugh knew about this and allowed a staff member to use a personal credit card to buy tickets. He deserves to be fired and should be fired on the spot for pure stupidity.

That AP article is pretty vague. I'd like to see the actual supposed evidence, not just rumblings from a Michigan biased AP reporter.

Eh I think if there were truly "nothing to see here" The NCAA and B1G woulda given up already.

it's pretty remarkable we are 140 pages into this thread and you're still maintaining this defense as if somehow this isn't common knowledge within the CFB community and what Michigan is accused of is well outside of that.

it smacks of pathetic retaliation

If the "anonymous staffer" story is true, even then as long as no illegal methods of obtaining the sings were used, it's a big nothing burger. You can cry that it's "bullshit" that other teams were sharing their info on Michigan. But it seems like it's all within the rules.
