More Michigan Cheating

Caller: "Mr Stalions, are those vacuums running?"

Conner Stalions: "Absolutely"

Caller: "Then you better catch them"

I feel like there is a Michigan sucks joke in this whole vacuum thing but I just can't quite get there

I'm a Michigan fan and I'm kind of hoping for a Harbaugh ban tomorrow just to see what MnB starts posting. It'd be highly entertaining.

The contents of UM's letter are being distributed. I don't have time right now, but so far their response is very underwhelming. Let's just say that the UM fans here who were hoping the big bad law firm they hired had some voodoo defense cooked up are likely to be disappointed.

Don't confuse this with me saying that there will be any penalty. It's always been questionable due to limitations that the B1G had, and the fact that we as a people tend to like due process to play out. The Commissioner now has both sides of the story.

Perhaps PSU and tOSU can render the whole thing moot. If not, and we are able to win out, I'd love to beat UM again.

They are going with the "if we keep repeating that we did nothing wrong enough maybe people will start to believe it" strategy.

The most interesting and odd defense so far - made by this awesome, best law firm in the world - is that their margin of victory increased since they suspended/fired Stalion. LOL ... they have played MSU and Purdue, the two worst teams in the B1G. I would have thought the big, scary, law firm they hired would have rolled their eyes if that was suggested to them. Perhaps they don't follow CFB.

Interestingly, the one missing defense from what I have read this far is "we didn't do it." No, that is not to be found.

They don't have to repeat it -- The B1G has already said there isn't evidence that Harbaugh had any knowledge and IF there were evidence of other coaches being involved -- it'd be all over the headlines of every major sports outlet.

Harbaugh is going to be punished for Stalions actions, by the NCAA, but unless there is some smoking gun no one has talked about -- I can't fathom much, if anything at all, comes from the B1G. My guess is a suspension for the Maryland game, which it seems Michigan is dead set on not letting happen, so I'm sure it will go to the courts and be tied up for as long as they can.

Dawggy can tell everyone how that'd work. I have no clue how this would work in court. Sure seems lawyers can push cases back over and over and over.

My take is that Williams and Connolly did their due diligence and derived their response from reading MGoBlog.
