More Michigan Cheating

His hard drives? You meant the school's hard drives? The ones that were accessible by every member of the coaching staff as well?
That's not really how that works. Do you know what a hard drive is?

If that's not how that works, why would they be making note of him taking hard drives from the team's offices? Why even mention it?

The 3rd parties were. which is certainly a grey area in the rule book.

LOL

There is no 'grey area'.

A paid Michigan staffer had an elaborate scheme to 'In-person Scout Future Opponents using electronic means', that had been providing the Michigan football program an advantage for a few years.

So if I record Texas' signals tomorrow and send them to every other SEC team, or better yet, publish them on YouTube...all those other SEC teams who look at it commit an NCAA violation?

That's not what happened here and you 'should' know that.

A paid Michigan staffer was doing it for their own future opponents to gain an advantage in practicing for, and on the field play.

You are simply distracting.

Other than the CMU game, there is no evidence that a michigan staffer scouted opponents in person.

Because he was clearly attempting to hide things from the NCAA and he was openly being uncooperative with the investigation. Seems obvious.

Well at first he said server, now he quotes hard drive and then says everyone had access to it. So I don't think he does (I very much do).

No one at my work has open access to my hard drive(s).

DERRRR

A Michigan staffer was funding others, dozens of times, to do In-person Scouting of Future Opponents using electronic means.

The Michigan football program was knowingly benefitting not only in preparation for, but on the field of play against said opponents, by the scheme.

Page 281 and maze&blew still doesn't get it.

Well yes, we established that he's a liar and a cheater a long time ago. Now it's just a matter of "to what extent". Stealing hard drives that belonged to the team and were accessible to the staff? Not a great look.

If the entire country only consists of teenage boys for you, perhaps the FBI should be checking your laptop in addition to Weiss'.
All those "teenage boys" didn't figure out on their own that Ohio is synonymous with being a loser, but they had very smart adults in their life.

I can't think of a more fitting way to describe the Arm Pit of America. :beer2:

Yep, stealing hard drives to likely hide or destroy them is not generally the act of a "totally innocent" person.

Ah yes, because if it's one thing we all know about teenagers, they learn slang from their middle-aged parents.

Even as reigning champs, I imagine if you went out on the streets and asked random people which program has been more successful recently the vast majority of people are going to say Ohio St.
Ohio hasn't beaten Michigan since 2019. Michigan is back to back to back B1G East champs and back to back to back B1G conference champs and the reigning National Champion.

NO ONE is going to say Ohio has been more successful 'recently' unless you are going back to when Urban Meyer was the coach.

Ohio is a great team in the B1G. Against the elite programs they have failed miserably -- they should be thanking Michigan for winning a title for the B1G and keeping it relevant.

That’s legal. Hope that helps.

They belong to the university. And for the same reason Weiss can’t just access someone’s email, the coaches couldn’t just access his hard drive.

LOL I saw no mention of the NCAA saying it was his own personal hard drive, did you?
