I guess the contract isn't very high to begin with, they can probably still end up firing him if it came down to it and eat the rest of the contract without much of a problem. Still seems like bad business though for the University not to protect itself from that possibility.

It's pure stupidity by the AD.

If anything does comeback to Moore in all of this, him (the AD) and anyone who agreed these contract were a good idea are cooked.

They signed this after the notice was received. Hard to imagine they thought it would be bad for Moore and include this.

It's not bad for Moore. If anything this makes me think there's a buyout clause that will allow for Moore to still get paid a nice windfall if/when he's implicated, but michigan retains continuity for their roster and recruiting class this year. I wouldn't be shocked in the least bit if you have a new HC in 2025.

We actually do our in-helmet communications in Navajo … it worked against the axis in WWII, so it should work against ohio state.
 
Google founder Larry Page from Lansing, MI is a Michigan grad and I think he probably has provided the Wolverines with cool sneaky stealthy helmet gizmo Google stuff.
