More Michigan Cheating

It hasn't even been a case for 2 years yet. :headscratch:
How long should it take? Someone wearing sunglasses at a football game standing next to a Black Guy ... this is thin, real fucking thin. Do they have the file the sunglasses created? I have never said Michigan was innocent, I'm just saying y'all don't appear to have evidence, and I would be a bit worried that my coaches couldn't defend against it (if it is true). TCU could - Damnit!!!!

That's a major walk back from when you were saying Michigan simply found a legal "genius loophole".

That went along with the threats that Michigan's crack team of lawyers were gonna sue the pants off the Big 10 and NCAA.
Again, that's when we were just talking about paying a 3rd party to attend games. Stallions attending games in person is a different thing.

I think the lawsuit is holding until there's a decision by the NCAA and paused at the time to make sure Harbaugh could coach in the postseason without cours being involved.

The amount of egregious it takes to actually have a defensive analyst on an opposing sideline with recording sunglasses in a game NOT involving Michigan doesn't exactly scream minor violation. It is incredible the depths you guys go here.
It doesn't matter the effort involved in recruiting someone during a dead period, it's still a minor violation.

Heck if I know. I'd assume the NCAA requested that every affected university pull their crowd film for the seats Stalions had purchased tickets for. i.e. Who was sitting in those seats and what were they doing?
They'd also need to review any in-person scouting videos that Michigan was using to prepare for a specific game.

If 19 months is a long time to conclude an investigation into something that spanned 3 years of illegal in-person scouting then I'd be pretty nervous that it's deemed more than a just a 'minor violation'.
The draft of the NCAA's notice of allegations called the alleged scheme "premeditated" and "deliberate."

Michigan already confessed to "Failure to Monitor", which is a Level 2 violation.

Not all Level 2's are 'major', but the data collected from this in-person scouting violation was intended to give Michigan a competitive benefit against their opponents.

Michigan is trying to keep this minor with imposing their own 2 game suspension on Moore.

You mean the guy that you denied was even Stalions because "Lots of guys look like that"?

The NCAA claims they have evidence of something like 7 games in person. That's what I'm basing that on, not a look alike contest.

You are the @PackJason of this thread … you have no evidence, but a coach was wearing recording sunglasses 🕶️🤣😂

lolol, a coach at a game on the sideline NOT INVOLVING his employer. Try not to mislead people. If anyone is Packjackass here it's you dummie.

I know I have you stumped because you don't get this easily mad.

BE BETTER

Recruiting someone?? You can try this misdirection bullshit. But quite literally what stallions did THAT WE HAVE VIDEO PROOF OF, isn't a nothing burger.

Have you ever known an investigation in the NCAA that is longer than this? This really isn’t the same team they been investigating.

Effort doesn’t change the level of violation.

I think the important question is: has the ncaa ever leaked this much information about an investigation while it’s ongoing?

If I’m “stumped” it from reading this thread. What games were affected? TCU wasn’t.

I don’t know the innocence or guilt of Michigan, but something is fucked up about this investigation.

All this information has been leaked over a span of almost 2 years and Michigan is, by rule, unable to comment. That’s fucked

No team has ever been subjected to this and leaks by the ncaa should invalidate the whole thing. You know how much of a recruiting punishment it is to have that leaked over two years?

The players themselves aren't in trouble and aren't the one's investigated.

Those being investigated are Michigan's coaches, their compliance department, and their athletic department.

Those friends/family that attended games to film sidelines for Stalions aren't in trouble as long as they weren't employees of the university.
Michigan compensating said friends/family to video the beneficiary data are in trouble.
Michigan failing to ensure the football program remain compliant per NCAA by-law is the trouble.

The investigation into USC took 4 years. Reggie Bush left in 2005. The investigation was from 2006-2010. Are you implying the 2005-2010 USC teams were the same as the Reggie Bush teams?

An 18 month investigation into a 3 year scheme is a long time when USC took 4 years?

Being how there's yet to be a final resolution, for all we know, we haven't been privy to the good stuff yet. It's not likely as cut & dried as the Michigan fans want it to be.

Yo. They've been leaking their 'we din do nuffins' narrative via 3rd party on social media sites since they got caught in Oct 2023.

From what I read (just now) Bush’s investigation was started in 2007 (incident was 2004), and Bush spent 3 years in court defending himself. The investigation did not last 4 years.

1. Was Stallions employed by the University of Michigan at the time of the incidents (easy to prove)?
2. Did Stallions attend games of future opponents (Pretty easy to prove)?
3. Did Stallions record futures opponents giving signs? Do they have proof of the recordings?
4. Did Stallions share the recordings with anyone?
5. Who decoded the signals?

This does not appear to be a complicated investigation. Is there more to this than I know?

This could be something that would explain a lot. What I read in this thread is pretty fucking thin.
