More Michigan Cheating

For MI fans you are correct since they make excuses for any MI cheating. Nothing to see if you listen to them.

Now do MI vs Toledo
How the mighty have fallen. Never thought I'd see the day OSU fans would be trying to use another Ohio school to try and make themselves feel better :pound:

And I am not making any excuse. I hope it is all true. I hope Michigan is cutting corners and being cut throat, instead of their usual archaic self. I hope they are start buying recruits. I hope push the limit of what is legal and illegal.

I couldn't care less about their image and what some ancient fans like to talk about. I just want to see wins.

No, what the staffer was doing is at the core of the allegation. Some other intern or staffer could have been doing it before.
I hope they were doing it before and i hope they continue to do it. I hope they use their endless supply of deep pocket alums to pull a Texas A&M and buy some recruiting classes. If CFB is going to essentially be the NFL's minor leagues with players getting paid -- I want Michigan to cut every corner and push the boundary of what is legal and illegal. I couldn't care less about Michigan's image.

Do you care about forfeiting games, stripped titles, and future bowl bans?

I dont need to use a school I attended to make myself feel better. I guess you dont get how it works when you attend a university.

Its pages and pages of excuses. Its fun. I love to see the university of "we do it right" trying to justify the cheating.

In all honesty I hope the Buckeyes are doing the same.

I remember the "OSU is dirty" bullshit coming from them because we had guys trading their personal possessions for tattoos. Now those same people are in here downplaying blatant cheating. What a pathetic fanbase.

I got the link for you

Sign-Stealing Spies?

Another Michigan investigation

The NCAA is investigating the Michigan program amid allegations of sign-stealing, it was announced yesterday. Here’s a breakdown:

  • Sign-stealing itself isn’t against the rules. Bruce Feldman wrote a behind-the-scenes look at the sleuthing act in 2018. The coaches Feldman spoke with estimated that 80-90 percent of college teams do some form of it. Sign-stealing means what it sounds like: It’s identifying opposing teams’ signals to recognize what play they will run before it happens.
  • The rule in question is NCAA bylaw 11.6.1, which states: “Off-campus, in-person scouting of future opponents (in the same season) is prohibited.” The NCAA claims Michigan is using a “vast network” to steal opposing teams’ signs, as one source with knowledge of the allegations said.
  • On Wednesday, Michigan State (which plays Michigan on Saturday) and other future opponents of the Wolverines, including top-10 rivals Penn State and Ohio State, were notified of the investigation.
In a Yahoo report, sources claim Michigan may have “used unnamed individuals” to attend games and scout signs used by “scheduled opponents and possible College Football Playoff opponents.” An overnight ESPN report says “a low-level staffer with a military background” is one of the keys to the scheme.

Any true CFB fan will feel the same way. I'm not dumb enough to think UM can recruit with teams like Ohio State, Georgia, Alabama. So I hope they are doing anything and everything to gain an edge. The whole holier than thou reputation at UM is for the academics, not the athletics.

I hope the athletics are trying everything, short of getting some sort of ban. Hopefully that doesn't happen. :pound:

A pathetic fan base who hasn't been beaten by OSU on the football field 1,400+ days. To borrow your word -- it is pathetic that OSU could have so much more talent, yet can't hang with their rival under Day.

I hope they sign that man to a LOOOOOOONG contract.

Absolutely not false. Especially if the goal is to use facial recognition to pick someone out of a crowd. And someone probably wearing a hat. And someone maybe wearing glasses. It would absolutely not work.

Lost in all this is that OSU changed their signs anyway before the games and still lost. lol. I love that for us.

hahhah cheaters do love winning by cheating.

If you switched signs, how did we cheat? Just proves you lost on your own accord lol. I love that for us.

"we thought they were stealing signs so we changed ours"....and then got blown out still lmfao.

Exactly they will pretend like "ITS JUST ONE LOW LEVEL STAFFER!"

He was apparently just the main figure of the scheme. Not all of it.

Keep trying.

Yea casinos catch people who aren't supposed to be there all the time with facial recognition, changing your hair or facial hair or wearing a hat does not work.

Can't believe this rogue staffer would go out on his accord and pull something off like this. I'm so glad Harbaugh knew nothing about this.

We can now move on to adding another 365 days to the total amount it has been since OSU beat Michigan :)
