More Michigan Cheating

Did your insiders give you this info? I've yet to see anyone from Michigan, sans MnB, who have denied that some form of illegal activity went on with Stalions. Crazy it has to be said -- but the only people that have all the info on the case is UM and the NCAA.

They aren't filing the TRO saying they did nothing wrong -- they filed it saying they need to let due process play out and allow the NCAA to complete the investigation before passing judgement, as they don't have all the information, which they don't.

I'd think as a 'lawyer', you'd understand what due process is.

That being said -- the whole "outrage" over sign stealing is HILARIOUS to me. Almost as funny as going on the road and imposing our will on the nation's #2 rush defense, by running 32 straight times and beat PSU without a HC on the road Will be even funnier when we do the exact same thing to OSU as we have done the last two years. I actually hope they don't let Harbaugh on the sideline, as it will make it that much funnier.
Your "did my insiders give me this info" is (1) old and tiring, and (2) not something backed up by anything I have posted.

One last time - do I have inside sources at UGA or Bama? Yes, at UGA I have a couple, but they aren't in the program or on staff. They are very large donors, or have parents who were very active at the highest levels of UGA sports in the past. At Bama, I have a very close contact who is actually on staff, but I rarely bring anything he says to any sports board. I also subscribe to a bunch of UGA sports sites and from time to time bring stuff from those sites here. I have never passed off any of that information as my own, citing them every time. I would have thought that people here would want that type of information, and I never do it to act like I am an insider, or that it is any big deal. So, fuck off with that tired trope. It wasn't funny the first time, and certainly not the 100th time.

If you haven't seen people deny cheating, you are fucking blind.

I understand what due process is, of course. I also understand that voluntary organizations don't have to provide due process unless they want to ... due process is a governmental/constitutional legal concept. It's interesting with your Michigan education you don't know that. I also know that every organization, and even the government, allows for some summary types of procedures where they are needed to keep cheaters and criminals from performing their cheating and criminal acts. As you are going to find out and be shocked once again, the B1G has that available to them, and the Commissioner and a group from all schools approved this action under those guidelines and rules.

You are not a victim here. You have perpetuated a fraud and will have to pay the penalty. The time will come when some adults in the room will stand up and say enough. There will be some within UM who are embarrassed by this, and there will certainly be adults outside UM who will hold you accountable.

If anyone knows about old and tired -- it is you, so I will take your word on it.

And ty again for the laugh about having actual 'insiders', but yet, paying people for their opinion you can get for free. I'm sure they love you for it. If you'd like to throw away or light any more money on fire -- I will gladly take it. I will even put "insider" in my name to make you feel better.

And we will find out on friday if what the B1G did was allowed -- personally, I hope they make Harbaugh sit, as it will be hilarious to beat OSU without a HC. And nowhere will you find me say UM is the victim and nowhere will you find me say MIchigan shouldn't be punished for whatever it is that happened. That being said -- no one has any clue what exactly happened, the NCAA doesn't even know yet, so the B1G definitely doesn't know, which they have stated already. All you have are "insiders" making up random facts and putting it out on social media and people running with it as fact.

And again -- I've already stated -- I think Stalions is guilty and the fact he resigned tells me he was guilty too. Other than that -- what do we know? Actual facts. Once you post the actual facts -- post the proof of those 'facts'.

It wasn't funny the first time, and certainly not the 100th time.
It definitely is funny. You posted about your 'insiders' at Georgia long ago. No bigger douche move than trying to brag about insiders on the internet. Sorry, not sorry.

I can't help it that you are too poor to afford to pay for things you enjoy. I wouldn't be going around letting everyone know you can't afford a couple hundred bucks a year. So, poor dude, let it go. We don't hold it against you. One day you might make some money and afford the good things.

Your entire posting here is all about being the victim. Just read your own posts about due process, something you appear to know nothing about.

I just wrote a post 15 minutes ago explaining that. At no point did I use the fact that I know people inside programs to try and act like a bigshot. Unlike you, I just try to bring value here that people might to know. I'll never meet any of you, why would I care what anyone here thinks I know?

It also shows that no only are you poor, but also not well-connected. You really don't know anyone with connections to a program?

It is humorous you think the "good things" are paying for people's opinions. I have my own opinions, so I don't have to pay for someone else's who dresses it up as "an insider".

More power to you though. It obviously makes you feel like you are part of the program somehow.

If what you stated was true -- not a person on this board would know about your "connections" at Georgia, yet, we do. I laughed hysterically the first time you did it and it is why I remind you of it every chance I get, as there is no bigger douchebag move than using a line like that.

As I have said from the beginning of this. If Michigan is guilty of infractions then they should be punished. I won't argue with that. However, Petitti was swayed by opinions and failed the due process clause that is in each and every B1g contract with a member school.

The b1g cannot say their investigation is complete. The conference does not have an investigative wing and relies on the NCAA to do these, who also has not completed their investigation. So in short, fuck the B1g

Yeah, because who wants to learn from others? Hey, you are now America's team so you can stay in your little echo chamber.

Admit it, you just can't afford it.

Why would the fact that I have connections be so funny to you? I mean I never once came in bragging about it, or posting it so that it made me look like I was an insider. I simply brought info I had to a sports board which is something I think most people want. I get it if I tried to pass myself off as an insider, but I never have. By your own post, I talked about connections I had to others, not that I was connected or an insider. How exactly is that a douchebag move? If I hear something from someone on the inside, would you rather not know about it? That seems really odd to me.

From time to time, I also post stuff that comes from behind paywalls for poor people like you who can't afford access to that type of info. Would you rather I not do that?

I wouldn't waste a dime on what is pure speculation and opinion. You want to know who has inside information -- the people on the inside.

Your money though -- if you enjoy lighting it on fire, more power to you.

The fact you have to ask makes it that much funnier. Keep passing on your inside information, it is highly entertaining.

Keep working, one day you might be able to afford it. Pity, being poor.

Oh, I will most certainly will continue passing it along because a lot of people here have expressed that they appreciate it. Just because a follower of a cheating program doesn't like free information isn't going to stop me.

I recognize that Michigan fans don't have the stomach to read all this, and many don't have the patience and intellect to read 13 pages of anything, but here is the best place to read the decision.
