There is no video of the light constantly on. I had already seen the video. What's being shared in mass is a single screen grab of that video, because the rest of the video very clearly illustrates that it's a brief reflection of something. I was not, at any point, arguing that video of him there didn't exist; in spite of where you two dummies are making your stand on this.

What I was asking for was not a screen grab of the video you posted, but a longer video showing more than a blip of blue light.

I find it fascinating you believe this. Weird that it carried on after this mastermind quit, huh? You know, where we won all of our most important games without a head coach or stallions on the sideline? And I think we recovered pretty well this year from losing 13 NFL draft picks and an entire coaching staff in one offseason, followed through by beating Ohio state and Alabama again after a rough break-in period for an entirely new staff and roster.

I also think people tend to forget that Michigan wasn't bad prior to 2021. We had a bad covid year but Harbaugh had 3 ten win seasons before 2020.

Not to mention @fordman84, I think it's pretty funny that a fan of an 8-5 team who just went through a coaching change, from a team that just secured the #1 recruiting class in 2022, is taking shots at 8-5 Michigan for winning a national title, losing 13 draft picks (program record), an entire coaching staff and not being able to repeat the following year. Not to mention that Moore got hired AFTER the first portal season ended.

All that to say, I think you're just trolling me. And I'm fine with that.

And based on this article, it sounds like they didn’t get any proof. This now goes to an infractions committee - which is a 3rd party. So no, the NCAA isn’t the judge jury and executioner. They have to make the case now to this committee just like Michigan will have to, because no settlement was determined prior.

And based on these article, and if you believe Michigan, the ncaa came away with almost no evidence of the claims made early on. The real question is if they can talk those 8 proven cases of sign stealing down to minor infractions; which is significantly differential than the 100’s of cases claimed early in.

The only people who actually believe this are michigan fans, and many of them are even reading this article and coming away with a nauseous feeling (that fake boobed twitter bimbo being one of them).

I think the Michigan response illustrates what I've been saying for about half of the 290 pages now, that these are minor infractions and should be treated as such.

No kidding. Woody Hayes was never in a playoff. He coached in an era where the national championship was determined by a beauty contest. At that time, it would be impossible for Ohio State to win the beauty contest without beating Michigan. There were years where Woody went undefeated but wasn't even allowed to go to a bowl game.

I firmly believe there will come a day (not in my lifetime, it may take another 75 years like the last time) but Michigan will lose to Ohio State, make the playoffs, and win the tournament. If that dark day ever comes, they will be the champions.

In his world you had to win every game in a season and even then you may not get the title because it's a popularity contest. In that era he was absolutely right, you had to win that game. Minor paperwork violation, as I've said from the start. Stallions thought he found a shortcut to make his job easier. I don't consider level 2 violations cheating and I suspect no one did until this came out.

We were trying to keep him and he was actively still recruiting. Then he took the Chargers job on Jan 24th, and that news broke probably a day or so before that. Michigan held a short search and Moore was officially hired at the end of January, days after the portal closed. That is WELL after the transfer portal closes, hell -- it closed when Harbaugh was still technically the coach.

I think the michigan response illustrates that they desperately want the infractions to be minor, but the NCAA has been clear that at least six of them are clearly not. The LOIC tag seems to apply, and that's really, really bad. It's also clearly deserving considering the length of his scheme and the fact that clearly several coaches were aware. Michigan and Bo actually coined the "mythical national title" concept because of this. I don't think it would have changed his opinion on the need to beat Michigan. Ohio State is living evidence of what a hollow national title feels like.

Those 6 are all related to other things though. Deleting text messages, not cooperating with the NCAA, ect. I have yet to see the NCAA categorization of those in-person scouting violations.
