The local college radio station does a two-song Dead set every night at 7. I get mad when I tune in at 7:30 and it's still not done.

I still love me some Pearl Jam, but I don't think I've bought an album of theirs since "No Code". Every once in a while a song of theirs hooks me in, but I'm not going out of my way to listen to their new stuff. When in HS during the 90's I thought Pearl Jam was the greatest thing ever. Couldn't stand Nirvana. Now its completely the opposite
Pearl Jam have Cubs schlong in their mouths and I'm still petty enough to dislike them for this. Nirvana is indeed very good. Getting back to Audioslave, give me RATM any day. When in HS during the 90's I thought Pearl Jam was the greatest thing ever. Couldn't stand Nirvana. Now its completely the opposite

We talking like Buddy Holly? Dion and the Belmonts? My parents SHOULD have been hippies. Instead, they liked 50's music and country
I basically stopped listening to new music in the mid-90's, in the last few years I've gone back and listened to groups like the Strokes, Jet, Cage the Elephant, and White Stripes
311 is godawful
Yeah, but going along got me some good poon.

Good for your Pops. I am pretty sure he is much older than me. I was born in '75

Dirty Honey would apply to meSome bands I was either a little late to the party on, and some I feel just deserve more notoriety...
Cherubs
Helious Creed
King Buffalo
Swans
Pelican
The Sword
TV on the Radio
Indeed, but I can't imagine she did anything to piss you off. 98% of her posts were nothing but "That's hot."That was you??? Damn you
Ten is a hell of an album. IMO, none of Nirvana's albums touch that. When in HS during the 90's I thought Pearl Jam was the greatest thing ever. Couldn't stand Nirvana. Now its completely the opposite

I like both bands, but if I had to vote one off the island, it'd be Nirvana.
