Penalties, the kickers, and clock management

With all of that said, my pick is
Illinois +7 at home. Nebraska wins by a field goal at best. The fact that this line hasn’t moved up tells me what Vegas thinks of Nebraska.

This was the point of my entire write up. Which wasn't off by much. Penalties, the kicker missing and clock management all played a key part in this game. The fact that the line never moved showed you that Vegas was shaky about Nebraska.
