You know why deGrom turned out to be the best of the Harvey-Syndergaard-deGrom big 3 despite being the least talked about? Because he didn’t have some gay ass super hero nickname and IIRC, walked up to the plate to Skynyrd

Thor was the only one of those 3 to win a WS game against the Royals in 2015. We pimp slapped DeGrom for 4 ERs.

deGrom didn’t become deGrom until 2018.

But I think it was 2019 when deGrom had a sub 1 ERA against us in 6 starts and the Mets lost 5 of the 6 and the only one they won was after the Braves had clinched the division

I don’t think anyone would have faulted him if he gave a Parkman style “all my teammates are losers” speech

I remember that year for him. Great starts and historically bad run support.

Well, he moved to LA... where they give tax exempt status and a lifetime supply of free Zima to guys who gobble logs... so my guess is he's already been gobbling for months.
