OOTP XX Chicago Cubs 1906-

I just tried to make Giants fans less violent and the simulator melted. ☹️ @calsnowskier @moxie
Sounds like your simulator is a pussy ass little bitch. Lookit my surprised face:

It can be crazy addicting!

Some people play with 100% realism, using real life lineups and transactions.

I already know how that turned out. So, I let the CPU do what the fuck ever and see what happens.

I have been in a full 30 team sim league for 16+ seasons now but we use Diamond Mind rather than OOTP.

Did a season simulation of 1901:

Just like in real life, the Pirates won the NL Pennant. By 19 games! Had a double digit lead in June and nobody ever got it down to single digits.

The American League was a tight three-team race until about the last three weeks. Baltimore lost the eventual league Batting Champion to injury and Philadelphia lost legendary Nap Lajoie also to injury, allowing the Boston Americans to pull away with a six-game lead and the pennant.
