PAC News

I think Oregon/UW end up in the B12 ultimately. They can't wait around for a B1G invite that may never come. That gets the B12 to 15, and then they add one more to get to 16 like the SEC/B1G have. Who that 16th team is, I'd probably guess Arizona based on the conjecture out there. That leaves ASU, Oregon State, Utah and Washington State off to the Mountain West.

No clue what happens to Stanford/Cal. Probably drop football at that point. Put other sports in the WCC or Big West.
Ohh God that’d be tremendous. But I really don’t see Oregon/Washington jumping to the B12 unless they’re absolutely forced too. Losing Colorado and Arizona won’t kill the PAC. And right now it looks like ASU and Utah won’t leave the PAC unless Washington and Oregon do.

Thank you for showing you have no concept of what’s going on.

There’s a large difference between PAC teams and the garbage G5 teams like UNLV that I was talking about, Pete.
"NO TEAMS ARE GOING FROM THE PAC TO THE P5s UNTIL @)SOMETHING OR OTHER!! IM RALPHIE AND I KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT EVERYTHING!"

Thank you for showing us how much of a jackass you are.

PAC Team(s) going to the B12 is not the same as MWC (or any G5) Teams going to the PAC. One happened, the other hasn’t. Really shouldn’t have to explain this.

Ok, take the next step. What will the PAC do if they lose Arizona, Oregon and Washington? They still have 6 members. Do they fold and give up on sports? Or do they start adding other schools?

Absolutely they add schools. It becomes a slightly better version of the MWC now with a higher bump in pay (slightly) then what the MWC gets now.

I have never denied the PAC would add schools if they lost a bunch.

Correct. And that's absolutely the what the MWC presidents were preparing for when they chose not to make exiting the MWC impossible. Stanford, Cal, Oregon State, Washington State, Fresno State, San Diego State, Boise State, UNLV, Colorado State, SMU, Utah and Arizona State. That's a lot better than the current MWC.

Fair point

The PAC's not going away even if they drop to 6 teams. It's a historic CFB brand.

It'll likely be diluted with MWC teams, but it'll still carry the PAC name.

A classic Simple Jack moment (this went on for a long time before he realized he didn't know wtf he was talking about):
