One of those games that some poor bastard had to lose.
 
PSU turned the ball over too much and missed too many kicks to cry about any of the calls on the field.
 
I dvr'ed that play,and the qb put the ball down out of bounds before the ball hit the pylon.....
If I can get my tv topinpoint that,why cant the refs.....?

1. That image is blurry AF and doesn't prove anything.

2. There wasn't a camera angle that proved the ball touched out of bounds before the other tip of the ball broke the plane prior to hitting the pylon
 
IMO, it's highly likely that the ball was a fraction of an inch short of breaking the plane before touching out of bounds, but there wasn't a camera angle that conclusively proved it.

I'm not a fan of going for 2 in those spots, never have been, but it worked out for Indiana. Wish I would have found this game earlier than I did.

Yes the ball was down before it hit the pylon but the nose of the ball was across the line. It wasn’t going forward, it was going sideways.

Bullshit.....That image is from my tv and you can see the ball hot ob before hitting the pylon.....

Does it prove that the ball didn't break the plane of the endzone at any point prior to hitting the pylon?

You could tell what was going on with those old school scrambled up porn channels than you could with that pic.
