Texpectations: Longhorn Superthread

I’ve been to three of the last four. I’m going to this one. Friend’s uncle has a yearly hook up.
I was here today because my kiddo is graduating with a Masters degree from UTSA.
They had mariachis. It was rad.
so you are hooking me up with 2 tix then???

Mariachis are one of the things I miss most about El Paso.

Riverwalk is a rip off all the way around.

Yeah but my wife likes it and when i met my other friend there last July, she wanted to experience it too. TBH I think she had a better time at the Market (minus the Mi Tierra restaurant, food was bad).. But it could be because we were buzzed full of micheladas?

My wife is normally tighter than bark on a tree. Then other times she will throw money out the window while she's driving to the mall just to get warmed up. Guys, don't EVER think you have your wife figured out.

Am I just falling for his trap by sending this around? Possibly but oh boy, this sure is a unique take on Bijan's talent and value :headscratch: :burt:

hmmm former NFL scout, aye?

He just "takes what's there to take", he lacks "elusiveness", he "needs good blocking" and "he's not going to make people miss".

Here's a clip of that scout

Cant See Cheech Marin GIF
guys only weakness is pass blocking.. I get how RB are shit value right now but whomever grabs him early, mid, late.. will be happy for the next 5 years

No RB really comes out of college being able to pass block though, it's almost entirely a "willingness" rating at this point and I quite doubt that any coach looking at him is thinking "Gosh, I will never be able to teach this guy how to pick up NFL blitzers and keep my QB safe".

88°. Feels like 97 in the bleachers.
Receivers have nervous hands.
Ewers looks great.
Defense looks lackluster, but no idea at what speed Sark is letting them play.
Looks like the guys with the ball are running forward. That’s a nice change from what we see lately with ball carriers.

Maalik: Big guy. Big arm. But his throwing motion takes Soooo long. He looks like he’s throwing a 16lbs ball.
