Especially since the players are "at work", and the fans are on their leisure time.

If I buy a ticket for the game, I don't want a commercial thrown in my face. Demonstrate on your own time.

Especially since the league is bought in on the BLM and everything.

They are going to shove it down your throat this year so get used to it.

No one is saying that the booers should be prosecuted. (1st amendment)

That doesn't mean it isn't a classless move.

Even as a son of a Marine who was taught you fucking stand and out your right hand over your heart (or your hat with your right hand, if you are wearing it) I can agree with this point.

There really is no need for the anthem at most of these events.

I don’t blame anyone for anything that happened. Both sides were well within their rights. If the players expected universal support, that’s their fault
