The Intro to the Chiefs/Texans Game

It doesn't matter what they are crying about, and what we are discussing is their RIGHT to cry about it.
so how do you ever plan to make things better if you can't identify what is wrong?

I think it was their right and if the players aren’t ready for a large part of the public to not agree with their political stance, that’s on the players
you put the blame on the players?

do you actually see the players as people or are they just commodities to you?

LOL wut. You're not making anything better, spanky. Yer sitting on message board all day with yer dinkus in yer hand.

it's funny that you are willing to support one form of 1st Amendment use, but not another.

it's also disrespectful to boo during a moment of silence.
Calling fans pure trash sure sounds disrespectful to me.

Especially since the players are "at work", and the fans are on their leisure time.

If I buy a ticket for the game, I don't want a commercial thrown in my face. Demonstrate on your own time.

I don't agree.

Especially since the league is bought in on the BLM and everything.

They are going to shove it down your throat this year so get used to it.

- Calls booing during a moment of silence "trash"

- Tries to get on high horse about being pro-first Amendment for all.

No one is saying that the booers should be prosecuted. (1st amendment)

That doesn't mean it isn't a classless move.

You don't want a commercial in your face? Have you never been to a NFL game?

Who is saying the people kneeling or being silent "should be prosecuted"?

You guys are literally making things up to try and justify the inconsistencies...

if you want politics out of sports, get rid of the jingoism...

the NFL is waaaaaaaaay too into that sort of thing. Just play the fucking sport.
Even as a son of a Marine who was taught you fucking stand and out your right hand over your heart (or your hat with your right hand, if you are wearing it) I can agree with this point.

There really is no need for the anthem at most of these events.

I don’t blame anyone for anything that happened. Both sides were well within their rights. If the players expected universal support, that’s their fault

well apparently the fans that booed don't feel the players have that right to do so and that is where the problem is.

it feels like the entire NFL season is BLM, so those who don't like it are going to have to swallow a big pill or walk away.

Whole lotta feelz in your posts.
