Because these 'clowns' took their NIL money all season and gave fans and the university the middle finger.
We got the bare minimums until it came down to the players getting an extra $300,000 to win this tournament.

Then they played up to potential.

The only time these POS's play up to potential is when media/fans are screaming at them or there's a bonus on the line.

Those aren't athletes. They're scammers and deadbeats.

Pretty simple really.

Nebraska's not Top 10 talent wise so they're gonna have to play smarter and be in better physical shape than those that are. That requires investing more than the basic minimums that they get from what is personal coaching time that is limited by NCAA rules.

Nothing is stopping these kids from spending personal time in the film room, doing 7 on 7 drills, and eating the healthy meals provided at the training table.
Except of course..... Xbox, Little Caesars 'Hot and Ready', and Suzy Rottencrotch.

The plan is/was to go to natural grass for the 2026 season at the earliest.

Ah I see says the blind man. I looked it up and they warranty the field turf for eight years, but say the actual turf could actually last up to 13 years. I might mistakenly assume that Nebraska would keep field turf down for the term of the warranty alone.
