That seems to be general mood, these Huskers and coaches need to prove themselves to the fans.

I honestly feel that Trev Alberts has done everything in his power to help Scott Frost succeed going forward. Frost’s Oregon offense wasn’t working in the B1G & all but 1 offensive coach got canned and we got Whipple a very experienced Coordinator that relieved Frost from calling plays which was needed because he had no idea how to adjust to defensive front changes in the Illinois game. It’s going to be hard for Frost to keep his nose out of play calling, and that might be a test/trap that Trev Alberts came up with - we’ll see. Frost talked about giving up play calling yesterday, but then it was reported that Frost was running option football with his QBs in Lincoln last week. I see Whipple as a guy that should have 4-5 plays in his book for 3rd & 8. Whipple was pass happy (in Pitt games last year) so I hope our new QB along with the huge WR room pays off.

Nebraska promoted Busch to special teams coach as that phase of the game killed the Huskers all year, every year. Next, Huskers went out and grabbed 15 players out of the portal - so many new studs.

Perhaps Trev didn’t do all this himself, but I am certain he brought Frost around to thinking of not only becoming more of a whole team manager but how to improve in areas that were clearly lacking. All the tools are there to help make Frost’s job easier and hence more successful.

Current bad karma or bad juju with this team is totally the result of firing two 9 win coaches. Past stupidity remains in the past and by gosh let’s hope this ship gets turned around fast.
 
Husker women’s volleyball punked Tulsa tonight. Tulsa still has a much better ladies volleyball team than Oklahoma State.

I’m just seeing it now, just got home from my grandson’s NFL flag football game. They sure are hot seating Frost.

The game is on more than just frost clearly he fucked up... Thompson was rushing everything in the second half. Bad decisions all around QB and coach
 
Nebraska couldn't run on NW and they ran all over Nebraska's defense.

Nebraska couldn't even win the MWC.
