it is a gauntlet.. except when it comes to Texas.. then it's cupcakes.. you know the ones that Bama choked on (Vandy/ou) or Ole Miss (Kentucky/UF) or even CFP qualifier TN (arkansas)...

You should just accept it as it is and say, yeah, we got a break. Otherwise, you are defending the indefensible. And, no, SEC schedules are unbalanced and you know it. You just don't want to admit it.

In 2024 you played, and will play the same group again in 2025:

7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16 ranked SEC teams.

MSU - 16
OU - 13
Vandy - 12
UF - 10
Arky - 11
Ky - 15
ATM - 7

The only decent team you played was No. 1 UGA, which you lost to twice, at home and in the SECCG.

You didn't have to play:

2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9. Why do you argue something that is so easily proved?

As for our OOC, we were supposed to be @UCLA this year, but they canceled the game about 11 months ago. We were not able to get a decent opponent. That said, we do play @GaTech, who is projected to finish 5th in the ACC.

Here's our OOC from 2002 - 2034 - you want to talk shit schedules, let's see your OOC schedule. I swear, you guys who attack our OOC always lose the argument ... UGA has no problem playing OOC. Look at what we had or have lined up:

Face it, you played 1, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, losing to 1.

Wait a minute. Sankey seems to be implying that even the 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15 and 16 teams in the SEC are war mongers and still a murderer's row schedule...no matter the OOC!

But your example is by far the best one showing unbalanced scheduling.

Missouri is weird with 6 1 possession wins. Even their loss to SC was close. so i dont really know are they good or not

No big OOC test (Western Illinois, Duke & Western Michigan)

They play Ohio State but skip Oregon & Penn State, they also miss projected better mid tier teams (Iowa & Nebraska)

USC is a wildcard but that game is @ Illinois.

i mean Duke was 9-4. which is better than Iowa or Nebraska and USC.

and last year it would have been ND, Miami and Ole Miss
we only have the 1 year to go on but
in 23 if we go on new conf structure SEC would have got 2
in 22 SEC wouldnt have got any at large and their 4th team was LSU at 17
the prior years are tricky though because Oregon state would have got in in 22 but would they get the same ranking now? prob not
