.. oh and going on 34 seasons from the last time we stormed our homefield (vs UH in 1990) .... which wasn't that big since we were already bowl eligible :(

No idea how OU vs LSU is going to go. I keep hearing how hard death valley is at night. I know one thing Xavier Robinson better be 85% of the offense.

I said HERE pre-season that if we hit 8 wins it would be miraculous. 6-7 wins was the realistic expectation with all of the off-season jazz coupled with the murderer's row schedule. New coordinators on both side of the ball, attrition via NFL and Portal and injuries...more obstacles than normal to overcome within 'the process'. One of the youngest squads in CFB...

Saturday night was your preview. That is what happens when the org is meeting the standard.

Next Saturday night will be tough, but I expect OU to win. They have remedied a few of the issues on the offense...when you add that to a stifling defense you're gonna compete in every game.

sir y'all just beat the worst Bama team in over a decade.. so congrats.. but the whole program defining win i keep hearing?? isn't that going too far??

*I'm saying this in satire because most ou fans kept telling me a year ago that we beat the worst Bama team under Saban in like forever (ended up running the table with just one loss and were SEC champs, again).. Meanwhile this Bama team has got 3 losses in 11 games.. Something we haven't seen since ....... 2010 (when saban did that in 12 games).

I don't think it was as much about Bama as it was OU. To do that with everything OU has been through. Top 5 wr out, 4 O lineman out, 2 freshman quarterbacks, New OC and DC it's crazy man and to beat them they way they did was pretty amazing. And despite everything this year to still be on schedule for the record everyone predicted before the year is incredible.

It would be an American travesty if you got in after losing to A&M with that schedule. But then again it would be fun watching you lose to SMU.
