Looking like thanksgiving isn't going to happen this year, so I've been working on pecan pie.

Literally no idea why I ever thought it was difficult. Granted I cheat and use a frozen pie crust but it is the simplest thing I've ever made. Been tinkering with it now to make bourbon pecan pie. Damn good stuff! Will snap a pic of the next one.
