Last year I remember saying I wouldn't pick the Islanders to win a Cup but wouldn't want to play them in the playoffs either.

Playoffs are about coaching and momentum. The Isles are downright scary, and impressive as hell, considering what they have for a roster.
 
Game 7. I'm not having a good time.
 
Pretty crazy that we are up 2 goals with have of the period gone and and don't think that is enough. One more insurance goal would make me pretty happy though.

Lol, should be a good series. As much talent as the Avs have, I always worry about which Grubauer is going to show up.

Yeah, I am worried about injuries and attrition for Vegas. That Avs talent should be rested and ready to go.
 
Good start for the B's in Rd. 2. Holding the Isles to 22 shots while firing 40 on Sorokin is a recipe for success and the trade deadline deals that gave the Bruins a legit 2nd line as well as an improved 3rd line is looking huge right now.

Having a full house again at the Garden was awesome :yes:
 
Not gonna lie, pulling for the Isles in a big way here, but the Bruins did look good.

Also, how about Montreal taking it to game 7?!?!?! If they beat Toronto, man that fan base is going to lose it lol.

Yeah, I thought Montreal was finished after game 5, but only because I forgot that the Maple Leafs are the embodiment of a choking dog.
 
I haven't felt this abused since San Jose scored 4 goals in a bogus 5 minute major.
