I call it jailbreaking because that it what it's called. I've also heard it referred to as cracking. It's all the same thing.

LOL but it isnt actually jailbreaking. at least not like it used to be. as far as your fire stick just go to the settings to allow non store apps (side loaded apps) you go to settings then to "My Fire TV" then from there you turn the option for "Apps from Unknown Sources"

As far as how you get the apps onto the fire stick there are a couple ways one of the easy ways is ES File Explorer and then find the apps apk online and download via that tool
