Yup, there is a difference between needling someone into losing their mind and assaulting them. Like Bruce Bowen would do most of the time.

Dunno. Green is about an 8/10 on the Latrell Sprewell scale. Dude's a wrecking ball, who revels in sucker punches and dirty hits, but he's not quite ready to go into the crowd and assault some fans. Give it some time though.
