Every time women see a baby they act like it's the first one they've ever seen.

BAHAHA...someone just sent an email where they referred to one of my team members as "@janet"

Maybe lay off the instagram for a while

This is true. One time at work we were on a deadline to produce a software beta for testing, and a woman who had been on maternity leave came in with her newborn, and 4 of the women on the project including graphics, coder, editor and tester just stopped, I mean stopped working. They spent about 2 hours ogling and cooing at the kid which meant I lost 8 hours of production while on deadline. We - the rest of the coders, editors and testers - had to stay over about 3 hours overtime to make up for that bullshit. I put that OT cost at about $3500. I told the women involved that they could not record their time for when they were with the kid, so no OT for them. Two complained to Hormone Resources, which gave me a warning about it.

Open Office Calc is also really good if you don't want to pay Microsoft. But I'm in Microsoft's back yard and its an unstated requirement if you are working on anything with them to use Microsoft products.

In our email system, if you @ someone in an email, it alerts them.
That person was the recipient of the actual email, I was just CC'd. Why would you need to "@" someone when you're sending them an email? :noidea:
