I heard never 3 runs or less in series.....but how many have been best of 3? Not a lot I'm guessing.
Yeah I don't know how far you have to go back for another 3-game series.

Oh, there's a fuckton added to canned vegetable, but sometimes it's added to frozen, too, or at least used to be for some brands.
This was over 20 years ago, so it may have changed.

Yeah.... I got stuck watching some documentary er sum shit not long ago.... Frozen fruits and veggies, are often flash frozen within hours of being picked now, and often more dense in nutrients than "fresh" produce because of the process.

Selma. There is no debate.

You know what ese is added to a lot of foods? Sugar. Often the labels will read "5 grams total sugar" and then "5 grams ADDED sugar." The item didn't have any at all, and then they went and added some.

It's like they don't believe we'll eat something that doesn't taste like sugar

I add sugar to my honey.

I don't really read labels for sugar content, so I hadn't noticed that.
I mean, I know there's tons of added sugar to things like canned fruit (I remember that from being a kid), but outside fruit in heavy syrup, I hadn't even thought about it.
Then again, sugar isn't something I try to really avoid. I eat a lot of sweets (it's the fastest way to get extra calories, and I often need them). At the same time, I know a lot of people get a ton of sugar every day from drinking cokes, or whatever, and I virtually never drink soft drinks ... don't even have them in my house (every once in a while, I'll buy a bottle of Mexican Coke, but really, that's only, like, once every month or two).

You make a good point.... it's almost my Bourbon & Coke season. Bulleit bourbon and Mexican Coca-Cola. Me gusto.

I don't go out of my way to avoid sugar - because I struggle to get enough calories during the day, but I do try and maintain a ratio of around 40:30:30 of carbs to protein to fat, or 35:35:30.

Added sugar just represents empty carbs.

I've been cutting out sugar for the past couple of years. At first it was "avoid sodas and juices, no sugar in my coffee, no more lucky charms" etc. But then when I started to do other diet changes and really began to look closely at labels, I was shocked at how much they add to things that you wouldn't think need any sugar at all.

Hamburger and hot dog buns have so much sugar they qualify as desserts.

I don't pay anywhere near that much attention to what I eat.
In fact, the only time I pay much attention at all is when I'm either losing weight and trying to stop myself from losing more, or have already lost some and am trying to get it back.
I'm currently in a "stop myself from losing more" phase, which basically means I'm just trying to make sure I eat enough, even if I'm not hungry.

Too many carbs...and where is your fiber?? No fruit/veggies?
