From the "Just when you think people can't get stupider" department:

Somebody just asked me to create a zoom between their program's team and the fiscal team, even though I am not part of the meeting, and none of my team will be part of the meeting, and both fiscal and this other department have people with zoom accounts.
 
Me: I won't be around next week to start this meeting, is there anyone from your team or fiscal who can do a zoom?
Program: Oh yeah, I can start it. Now tell me again who from fiscal wanted to be at the meeting?
Me: I think you should check with fiscal, they're the ones who wanted this meeting. I'm not even a part of it. Look, I've copied them in. Fiscal, can you respond to Program?
Fiscal: Hello Hu, please tell Program that the following people should be at the meeting...

I've traced the problem. You're the guy who was dumb enough to first notice the meeting and care about scheduling. Merely highlighting the issue and asking someone to take some responsibility because you're not around doesn't bank goodwill with anyone; instead they still want you to manage the whole thing anyway.

You'll end up managing the whole thing anyway; It's Zoom, it's not like you need pants or anything...
