Yeah tampering is almost impossible to policeI don't think they can ever step back from it though. It's here to stay
It's hard to prove "tampering" because whoever is doing it would have to be proven to be directly tied to the school. Like I said it's the same loophole as some kids uncle or whoever taking a bunch of money when a kid went to a school pre NIL they just would say "well they can't control that it's not the kid or the schools fault no harm here".
I do think they can clean up the schedule, transfer limits, caps on NIL money, ect that will have the byproduct of not being able to poach players as easily. Or at least I hope.
For all of the evils of this new system, it sure was the best season of CFB I've experienced (and I was saying that before the 12 team playoff started). Hopefully the powers that be can clean things up a bit without going crazy like a B1G and SEC only league.
