Yeah, we are probably going to rent for a year or 2 and then buy. Most likely in a Suburb of Nashville.....

We have looked online and seen some pretty nice rentals....

I'm really focused on the food.....can't wait. Hearing great things from her family and @batchaps4me I exchanged PM's (about food and stuff to do there) since he lives out in that neck of the woods......

Thanks.....we're homebodies but lot more to do there if we choose to go out for some nightlife.....and I love to eat (know that's a shock to people in here, LOL) so I'm looking forward to some really good.

People here think the shit they pass off as BBQ is good, it's less than average IMO.
 
It is going to suck watching the Lakers at Midnight though....LOL

We’re the same. We like to put money into our home. Makes it harder to move later but makes the time spent here much more enjoyable crafting your space the way you want it. One day when the kiddos are out of the house we will move out West or down south on a bunch of land. Until then I’m looking at buying some acreage (10 +) to go hunting/camping/shooting on. One day ill be able to do all of that on my own property and live there too. That’s the long term plan.
