Yeah either C1-C2 injury was my first thought as well, but no way to know for sure until later

Yea this is the part that doesn't sound good to me. When they were loading him in the ambulance they had to put him back down to administer "multiple minutes" of CPR and oxygen administration.

Nothing about that sounds promising to me.
