Always better to read the book 1st. That’s how it’s supposed to be. After that everything else is modifications.

Unless it is 2001: A Space Odyssey. The book was 2nd.

really good book...feels like a Name of the Wind type book mixed with Red Rising.

Kid read Tom Sawyer for English this year. This was one of those assignments where the parent had to recommend a book that meant something to them.

I had him so this one instead of Huck Finn due to being the first of the two. He can get Huck next year, which is the better and more serious story IMO.
