What Is Your Thanksgiving Menu?

This year it is at my house and there will be 23 people and the menu is:

Smoked Turkey - stuffed with apples with apple juice in the pan for moisture and it will be perfection
Honey Baked Ham
Mac & Cheese
Greenbean Casserole
Collard Greens
Oyster dressing
Boiled Cabbage
Mashed potatoes
Sweet potato Casserole
Homemade rolls
Cranberry sauce (it will be done two ways because no one can agree on one)
Strawberry Jello Pretzel Salad
Chocolate torte
Coconut cake
Carrot cake
Pecan Pie
Egg Custard Pie
Pumpkin Pie

I'm sure there will be some other stuff but that is the majority of it.

having most everything you got listed but my wife is making 2 pecan pies and that all that matters!

I'm no anti-cabbage person, but I have legit never seen this on a Thanksgiving table ever before.
 
I’m cooking pheasant and dumplings.

Family will have a bunch of stuff. I plan on mostly eating deviled eggs and creamed corn, and then get hammered and watch football

I like the pecan pie but the egg custard owns me. You really can't find that anywhere anymore so you have to know an old person that knows how to do it. Although it is pretty much the same principle as creme brulee but its just better warm in a pie crust and none of the pretentiousness.

Boiled cabbage is delicious FTR. Never had it at Thanksgiving, but I’d be pleasantly surprised if it showed up at my grandparents on Thursday

A few won't do collards and my aunt wants a "veggie" on everyone's plate so that's why it's on the menu. I've always felt the collards and cabbage were over kill but I'll eat a little of both.

You are welcome to come to my house and debate this issue with the women of my family but as for me I take the answers they give me, fix a plate and watch football.

Some things are not worth getting into the weeds about.

Ours is canceled this year.......

The two grown kids usually go to the exes of mine and the wifes on Thursday for dinner......
And then the wife was asked to work Thursday morning till whenever for the post office.......

And the daughter is due any day now,making me a grandpa for the 3rd time.......
