Here's a clue

If you think it might be racist, err on the side of caution.
 
3 lbs ground beef (or turkey)
saute til brown

2 cans of tomato sauce
2 cans campbells tomato soup
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
2 medium red onions


saute the veggies lightly for a few mins, just to soften.

toss it all in a crock pot for the day, add red pepper flakes, 2 tbs worcstershire, 1 tbl spoon ketchup

spoon it onto a sub roll

and welcome to rhode island

Might I suggest next week the title be "Wokeless Wednesday"? It's now I've been reading the title all day anyways.
