My favorite is a lenqua borrito but I love a good tamale but they are hard to find done correctly.
 
The most important thing for me is the beans, if the beans are good the rest is usually good.
 
My go-to at the local messican place:

Enchiladas Tres Marias.

Three enchiladas stuffed with the choice of steak or grilled chicken, one topped with green sauce, one with cheese sauce and one with red sauce topped with sour cream. Served with rice, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese

I always get mine as two being steak, one being chicken. Thats some good-eatin' right thar, I tell ya
