Fajitas of some sort, especially if it's a place I've never been to before because it's hard to mess up.

Arroz Texanas with grilled veggies is a go to for my local spot. Steak, chicken, a shrimp over rice with bell peppers, tomatoes,onions, squash, zucchini, mushrooms, with white cheeses poured over. Add some habanero sauce on top and go to down.

Fresh guacamole is always a plus.
