Actually, you were awarded 1/2 a championship as a going away present, it is exactly why Tom Osborne announced it before the bowl game. Personally though -- I couldn't care less. I'm not delusional like so many Nebraska fans who just can't seem to grasp that CFB is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT game than the 90's and the chances of Nebraska becoming elite again are slim to none. Nebraska needs to set realistic goals like actually being competitive in the B1G West. Elite is never happening again in today's CFB, unless Warren Buffett decided to give you a blank check to buy recruiting classes.

Funny how the system got "fixed" and Nebraska hasn't sniffed a championship at any level, or even been in the conversation, for over two decades. Imagine how many undefeated seasons Michigan could have had with those Nebraska schedules in the 90's?
