People saw Michigan beat Ohio State handedly last year and the year before. Michigan has a roster loaded with veterans and Ohio State's offense has fallen off this year compared to the last 2 years. So of course Michigan is a slight favorite at home regardless of what is going on. It really shouldn't be shocking to anyone.

It also means nothing when it comes to what will happen in the actual game.

Here is the fact ... ohio state has been consistently good for quite a few years - bottom line. Michigan has had a weak schedule ... this year's team has not been battle tested enough. Still, I am a shameless homer - GO BLUE!!!!

I'm shocked this team didn't lose a game up to this point. We probably shoulda lost to ND, ND just managed to be more incompetent in the end. This season has been weird, like a sleep walk through the thing. Team is "good" but nowhere near great. The defense I think is really better but the offense has taken enough of a step back that 2021 and 2022 were still quite a bit better teams than this one.
 
This team kind of reminds me of the 2007 team. Minus the pre Michigan loss. Lose a great QB and replace him with a rather average one, kind of sleep walk through the season and still end up in position to have a chance to play for a title when it probably shouldn't have happened.

Our offensive line is not really that great lol. Super inconsistent especially in run blocking. They actually have been better in pass pro, that was expected to be the big struggle coming into the season.

I'm not at all. Michigan probably woulda been a 7-10 point favorite in this game without all of this. Like i've said a bunch of times here. Nobody is saying Michigan isn't still a good team, it's just a question of what level of good they really are without their cheat sheets.

Ohio State is not a "elite" level team this year like we've been in the past, we could easily lose this game still. Anyone thinking we are going to for sure win is stupid.
 
If Harbaugh were completely banned and not allowed to coach during the week at all that would make a much bigger difference.

Not having him there for the games hurts a little, but he;s still there all week for prep.
